Professional Work Experience
Because of his breadth of knowledge, Mr. Goldstein is engaged as an expert witness by other attorneys. Mr. Goldstein has been named a High Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbel's peer review rating system.
Charles M. Goldstein attended the George Washington University and the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with Honors, Cum Laude and was on Dean’s List. He attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was selected to participate in the Frederick Douglass Civil Rights Moot Court.
Mr. Goldstein was granted his Juris Doctorate in 1987. He served as Judicial Clerk for Hennepin County District Court Judges Thomas Carey, Gary Larson and John Summerville.
Mr. Goldstein has been a long time member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota and the International Association of Collaborative Practitioners. He believes in the collaborative process as a viable and highly beneficial alternative to standard litigation. He works with his team to resolve family law matters expeditiously and effectively so that his clients can move forward with their lives.
