Gary Baun

O'Bryan Baun Karamanian

Gary Baun
The maritime industry is one of the oldest in the United States, likewise the laws governing shipping, fishing, trade, crewmen and the like are an ancient, complex labyrinth of information. Just as there are lawyers for business or divorce, we are maritime lawyers. We have been practicing maritime law for most of our professional lives, and we have the winning record to prove it.

Gary was born May 19, 1951 and is a graduate of the University of Detroit-Mercy Law School, where he was also a member of the Public Defender Clinic. The focus of Gary’s practice is the representation of mariners relative to maritime personal injury claims; however, he also handles other matters related to marine transportation and general personal injury.
