As the son of an Air Force pilot, John Decker lived all over the world until age 12. Mr. Decker lived in Virginia, New York, California, and Oslo, Norway, before his family settled in Montgomery, Alabama.
After graduating from high school in Montgomery, he attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Mr. Decker went on to attend Charleston School of Law, where earned his Juris Doctorate. He is licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
Mr. Decker strives to be a strong advocate for his clients. He is committed to client satisfaction and works hard to provide the best legal service through respect, compassion, and communication.
In his free time, Mr. Decker enjoys playing basketball and golf, spending time at the beach, and jogging or riding his bike. He and his wife, a local school teacher, live in Charleston with their two young children, dog and two cats.
