Justin P. Green is an associate attorney at the Corpus Christi Office of Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C.
Mr. Green earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Green was selected as a managing editor of the Akron Law Review, received academic excellence awards in Legal Research & Writing and in Real Estate Development Law, and served as a law clerk for the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.
Also while in law school, Mr. Green worked as a summer associate with a Northeast Ohio law firm specializing in Social Security Disability and general civil litigation. His work primarily concerned drafting appeals on behalf of individuals who had been denied Social Security Disability benefits. He also prepared briefs for appeals in select criminal law cases.
Upon obtaining his law degree Mr. Green returned to his hometown of Corpus Christi to pursue his legal career. His practice has focused on personal injury cases, including commercial trucking accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability (slip-and-fall cases), products liability, mass tort, and other commercial and non-commercial personal injury claims. He has also handled consumer law cases under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.
Mr. Green is admitted to practice in the Texas state courts, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, in the U.S District Court for the Western District of Texas, and in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also assisted in personal injury cases in other jurisdictions, including New Mexico, Louisiana, Arizona, Nevada, and Wyoming.
