I am an Internet and mobile pioneer with extensive experience with social networking and user generated content web sites. I founded one of the largest Mac bulletin boards in 1992 and later interviewed by David Pogue and appeared in Macworld 1994. From there I took a scholarship to law school, obtained an MBA in Computer Information Systems as well, and pursued a career building world class web sites managing legal and business affairs and also serving as a senior strategist.
During my career, I managed legal/business affairs for two world class Internet companies. I negotiated deals, drafted agreements and policies in a myriad of different areas including IP, Internet, mobile and new media transactions and all areas of a large corporation. I also served as Data Protection Officer, have Fortune 500 sales and public speaking experience. My hands on technical knowledge provides superior insight for building and managing leading Internet and Mobile websites.

Very knowledgeable in the field of Internet law. Obviously this is as a result of doing this for a very long time. Extremely attentive to client needs and great ability to make it easy for clients to understand complicated law.
